Yes, I have lots of kids, yet I still can't quickly come up with an activity for my remaining 3-year-old when I need to. That's where this book is great. Just spend 10 or 15 minutes browsing it for ideas for the week, and gather the simple materials most of the activities call for. I also have the toddler book, which I love. Who knew my son would love playing in a box of dried beans (like a sandbox) so much? It's true that they usually like the simple things the best.
