This book makes veganism looks like cake...LITERALLY!

If the idea of veganism ever crossed your mind, you should definitely pick up this book. This book is great for college kids because the recipes are dorm friendly, but it is also great for anybody who wants to try a healthier alternative to eating animals. Basically, this book will make your life easier, and you will want to shout from rooftops how much you love veganism.

Being vegan has never been this easy . . .

I ONLY use a microwave to cook, so this cookbook was made for me! Everything is quick and easy - my main criteria when cooking. I tried the Campus Streaker Sausage Dip, and it was amazing. One of the best things I have made in a long time. If you're craving queso, this dip is definitely worth a try.

One word: Yummy!

I am a lazy cook, which is why I bought a copy of this book. I love the simplicity, but the two meals I made were delicious, too! What a great idea for a cookbook, I'm getting another copy for my stepdaughter who is vegetarian and in her 2nd year of university.

Wish I had this cookbook in college!

I would have loved to have had this easy vegan guide to cooking in college. Would have saved me some money from eating out so much!

I could have used this book when I was in college...

I went vegan when I was in college and my school didn't have many vegetarian options, so this book would have been a big help. It's perfect for students and other people who don't always have the time and money (or kitchen equipment) to make more elaborate meals. Students never have time to cook much, but these recipes are really easy. I like the smoothie and sandwich recipes best, I think. They're simple, healthy and satisfying.
