Benjamin Alire Sáenz's poetry shines in this lush book. Aesop's ants have nothing on our protagonist whose afternoon dreams drive his journey through shame into passion, trust, and joy. I have two grandnieces(almost grandkids) both turning 8 this year so THe COUSINS have to have everything alike. Next birthday is May so I;ve already ordered the two books and they are really delightful......
