great work

This book is proving to be a great study for me personally, and my church. Well written, very informative, and very relevant to the question of how to get Church people interested in evangelism when they are afraid to knock on doors. (For one thing, it tells you how to do evangelism without knocking on a stranger's door, or yelling from a street corner.) I give this book Three thumbs up.

a must-read for xtians

I loved this book, every xtian is supposed to (at any level) make disciples, since that was a command. the writting is simple, clear, straight. And i could meet the author very short after having read this, so it was great. I strongly recommend to read.

You'll be motivated to share the gospel...

The information in this book is priceless to someone who is seeking an extra boost in their hunger to seek and save the lost. You will find how-to information mixed in with inspirational stories. This is a great book for groups to study, disscuss and apply together. It's been around for awhile, but most GOOD books have.

Breathtaking

I have read several books on Evangelism and have personally found this one to be the best. It is not only written in an extremely engaging, fluid style and in relatively plain language, but the stories the author tells are very well used. This book I also believe is the most practical evangelism book I have read. Instead of simply another how-to evangelism book, this book seeks to provoke a response out of you to want to make evangelism part of your life, not simply something you do once a week. It seeks to impart practical wisdom in making evangelism a way of life. If you are not planning becoming a street corner preacher, yet, have the strong urge to evangelize, this book is surely for you. Even if you are a street corner preacher (as I am), this book is for you as well.

A Fresh Reminder of What the Christian Life Should Be!

Pippert offers a timely reminder to Christians that we are all called to exemplify Christ in all situations, and to be attentive to what tactics to use. Particularly important was her emphasis on the fact that people are not projects, but rather, children of God who are valued by God and should be treated as such. Pippert's obedience to God is an inspiration. A must read for all Christians.
