Paraphrasing Great

The paraphrasing of the our Father prayer is a great way to help kids understand the meaning of the verses. It's right at their level.

Cute book ...

This version of the "Our Father" is in modern language without the "thee's and thou's". It also uses the terms "sins" in replacement of "trespasses". It is a cute book for little kids with an explanation at the bottom of each page describing the portion of prayer used. My 2 year old loves it and is certainly learning his prayers! I must admit however, that while reading him the book I "read" the prayer in the traditional language rather than what is truely written.
