Mislabeled as "like new" should have been labeled poor quality

The book was ripped, yellow stains all over it, and every single page had work and answers written all over it. You must be genuinely confused, Perhaps thats why every single practice question you did had a wrong answer and needed all those bookmark explanations. Like actually you suck for selling me this book.

Whole book had answers in pen

I'm a low-income college student taking the GRE soon so I wanted affordable books to study for it. To be fair, I did order the "very good" option (there was no "like new" option when I was browsing) so some faults were to be expected. Overall the book is okay and it's definitely helpful. However, the copy I received had a damaged spine and answers (in pen so I can't erase them) for the practice questions, defeating the purpose of getting the book (imo). The back part (the one for the Math review) had little to no writing on it though so that part at least is still usable.
