This book includes pertinent topics for nursing students and nurses in practice in the 21st century. Topics such as collaborative practice, conflict resolution, effective communication, managing change within the health care setting are clearly imperative skills that nurses must have. The authors have chosen a writing style that is friendly and easy to read.
