New Testament Lessonmaker

This is my second copy of this book. I gave the other one away to another teacher. I teach bible study from an inductive (observe, interpret, apply) life application perspective. The Life Application Study Bible and the NIV Study Bible are the primary tools that I use. This New Testament Lessonmaker is the perfect tool for creating life application lessons because it ties into the life application bible specifically. One of the best ways to teach adult bible study is by the questions you ask about the text. The New Testment Lessonmaker is a book of questions. The questions are in the observe, interpret and apply sequence required for inductive bible study. The bottom line is you can create your own structured study guides from this book based on the text. If you are short on time there are even highlighted questions you can use that create a complete lesson on the spot. Lastly if you use this book diligently you will learn how to write your own questions and multiply your effectiveness and the class will learn!

Never Be At A Loss For A Lesson or Message Again!

Have you ever been responsible for creating a Bible study lesson or to give a Scripture message to a group of people? Do you sometimes wait until the last minute to do it? This book is definitely for you!! I have used it many times over the years and recently purchased copies for some of my leaders. It allows you to take any New Testament scripture passage and make it into a transformational study, complete with just the right questions which will stimulate group discussions. These questions are even broken up into categories for you. "Open It" questions are warm up questions that lead the group into the topic of the study. "Explore It" questions take a look at what the passage actually says. "Get It" questions explore the "whys" of the passage and "Apply It" questions (probably the most important aspect of any Bible study) helps the participants to know what to do with what they have just learned. If you would rather develop your own studies, you can easily do that too. The extensive topical index will lead you to any New Testament passage that is even remotely tied to the topic you have chosen. This is an excellent tool for anyone who is responsible for the Christian education of others!
