A Must-Have for homeschoolers!

This series of worktexts is incredibly easy to use, and is appealing to the middle-elementary student. This particular book covers 7 units of study, including consonant and vowel sounds, differentiating same sound letters, suffixes, syllables, vowel pairs and digraphs, diphthongs, plurals, apostrophes, prefixes, roots, synonyms, homonyms, antonyms, alphabetizing and dictionary skills. This 2-color workbook is motivating for my 8 year old, and is very easy to teach from. Generally 1 page a day works for the school year. Each page is nicely laid out and has simple to understand directions at the top of each page. An instructor's guide is available (but not absoluetly necessary) through MCP.
