There's nothing pedagogic or mystifying about this book. Its wonderful gift is to unfold, carefully and delicately, an approach to meditation that can enrich and deepen our everyday lives, that can help us to understand ourselves and our relationships to others and to the wider world.This is no woolly self-help book. It is written with rigour, wit and - above all - with generosity, love and compassion. It's inspirational and at the same time a great read.
