Exceptional Cookbook, Beats All the Others

I'm a retired businesswoman who had little interest in or time to cook meals - it's a wonder my kids survived. Retirement gave me the time to cook but, after stumbling through several of the cookbooks I've collected over the years, I found they didn't spark the zest for cooking that I needed to make a consistent effort at it. This book did the trick. I needed an education on how to stock the pantry properly, how to plan meals by the week, how to make good, tasteful choices, and how to use quick hit meals when I'm not in the mood. THIS BOOK DID ALL THAT! The layout of the information, the pictures and graphics, the menus, the recipes, and the connection between delicious eating and healthy choices motivated me to change our lifestyle to make eating well a priority. Best cookbook ever and one I highly recommend; especially for those who don't like to cook.
