Must Have

What I found most helpful about this book was the way it was formatted. The book described in detail the various postal positions and exams and then the skills needed to successfully master each specific exam. I could tailor my studying to my particular needs and then practice on a specific practice test. I also found the section on the Personal Characteristics and Experience Inventory incredibly helpful. After using this book I'm confident in my capabilities to score high on this exam.
