WONDERFUL BOOK! Extremely inspiring

I absolultely LOVED this book. I received it as a gift and wasn't sure I'd enjoy it, but, once opened, couldn't put it down! The pictures are divine and Seymour has a fabulous writing style and explains, in simple language and great photos, how to infuse your personal style throughout your home -- including using some of your jewelry or clothing in tabletop displays. I rearranged my bedroom and living room immediately after reading and everyone who comes over remarks on how comfortable they are in the revamped space (I didn't even buy anything new)! HIGHLY recommended.

Inspiration

The book is full of inspiration and is very pleasing to the eye. The book can be looked at many times over and I'll get a new idea almost every time. I am enjoying this purchase and...now that Ms. Seymour is on Dancing With The Stars, she has shown us yet another facet of her artistic abilities!

Good Ideas To Have

Easily read; and, very understandable. A good reference book for the inexperienced interior decorator. I like the idea of 'making it your own home' instead of the latest fads and fashions.

tablescapes

Jane has coined the word tablescapes to illustrate how to display things when decorating your home. I have been having a great time making ones of my own to aliven my home. When I started looking for things like what Jane suggested I found I have a lot of things that work. I reccomend this book to everyone. I believe trying the ideas she offers will work for anyone and will surprise you on how easy it is and how much better your home looks.

Amazing book

This is a really great book, a must have for any Jane Seymour fan and anyone who's interested in how to put everything together in a house/apartment. The book is devided into different chapters where you can read about suggestions and watch big amazing pictures from Jane's own houses. It is very beautifully made book, I promise you wont regret it if you buy it! It contains a lot of decorating ideas on how to creat a home that's more personal, no matter if you're rich or poor. This is a book for everyone!
