Another great story by Bobbi Smith

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I loved the characters and the way Bobbi Smith paints word pictures. If you like adventure and romance this is the book for you. Block out some time because it's a page turner!

Wnderful.

I liked the Half-breed a little better, but I liked this one very much. Very touching and up there with my top favorite reads along with Fantasy Lover by Kenyon and Anything My Love, by Cynthia Simmons. All page turners you shouldn't miss.

MARISSA AND ZACKS WILL STAY WITH YOU LONG AFTER YOU PUT THE BOOK DOWN. ZACK, WHO IS RAISED BY THE COMANCIE, THINKS AND ACTS LIKE HIS INDIAN BROTHERS. BUT THAT ALL CHANGES WHEN A WHITE WOMAN, MARISSA, IS CAPTURED AND BROUGHT TO CAMP. THEIR STORY WILL TUG AT YOUR HEART, AND YOU WILL KNOW, AS I DO, THAT THIS AUTHOR DOES HER RESEARCH. Far from the "standard junk heaped on romance readers"

A must read for any fan of the historical genre.Bobbi continues to spin tales so gripping that once you start them you can't put them down.The plot was wonderful, the characters well developed, and the action was top notch.After twenty years Bobbi's novels continue to improve with each new one.Can't wait for the next one.

One of the best yet by Bobbi Smith

I've read every one of Bobbi Smith's romances. She is by far my favorite author. But when I read Lone Warrior, Smith blew me away. This is her best yet. It's about Marissa Williams, who is taken prisoner by Comanches during a raid. The chief gives Marissa to his adopted son Wind Ryder, much to the anger of the chief's own son, who has always resented Wind Ryder. Marissa soon discovers that the man she has been given to is a white man raised by the Comanche--and that she is falling in love with him. WOW! What a love story! Not only is this the classic tormented half-breed kind of romance that I love most, but the plot is action packed from start to finish. THANK YOU, Bobbi Smith, for yet another piece of top-notch entertainment. I have never met you but you look young in your photo and I'm glad about that, because I would like to be reading your books when I am very, very old. Trust me, everybody--buy this book. You won't regret it.
