This books lets us know that there is more than one successful path towards abstinence and or success. what may work for you may not work for me but because we know that there are many others out there, struggling with the same compulsion, we have hope. we are not alone. we know that someday our struggles can turn into success, thats what this book did for me, it gave me hope to keep on keeping on.

My Lifeline

This is a great piece for anyone with a food disorder needing some reinforcement or needing to feel not-so-alone. Lifeline Sampler consists of stories of strength & struggle by women & men working their programs. I keep this book handy for those times when I have no one to call & I need to reach out. The personal narratives in this book's pages gives me hope that the Overeaters Anonymous program will work for me too.
