Fascinating, but the tools are lacking

Fascinating paperfolding and cutting projects. However, the tools that are needed are not included, even though this item is sold in a box large enough to accomodate them. An Exacto knife, tweezers, pushpin, protractor, steel ruler, etc, are required but not supplied. And not only that, but space that could have been used for additional sheets of paper was occuppied by ---a thick piece of cardboard. It was as if the author and publisher wanted to sell merely a pretty box with a few sheets of paper and an instruction manual.
