Great for beginners

This is a handy book to have when you are just learning to quilt or just need a quick reference book. I have recommened it to several friends.

Quilting basics

This is a great quilting classroom. Easy to understand instructions make this a good beginners guide as well as a reference for more advanced quilters. A good choice.

Joyful

This book is nicely detailed for all the sizes of quilts. Plenty of pictures showing how and plenty of tables with information depending on what size you make. I really like this book as a reference for how much fabric to buy.

One of my top recommendation for beginners

This book is perfect for the beginner to interm quilter. Each chapter presents some new key concepts and then incorporates in them an attractive quilt. The book is full color with loads of photographs showing what to do.
