This is by far the most valuable book on developing your intellectual skills available. It covers Dr. Sternberg's triarchic theory of intelligence and then offers numerous excercises to help develop your skills and understanding of each area. Yes you can increase your intelligence: 1. I.Q. is measured by your vocabulary and logic/mathematical problem solving skills. 2. Intelligence is believed to be native, that is, you are born with it. 3. Vocabulary, logic/Mathematical problem solving skills can be learned. A paradox? No, just a gross oversight perpetuated by many lazy misguided beuracratic school boards that need to justify their continued existance.
