The only "diet" book you'll ever need.

I bought this book in 1988 - and I still have it on my shelf fifteen years later! It's the authors own personal story about her weight loss and in the end she tells you there is no magic cure - you just have to find your own path. BUT DO IT!

foodaholics can lose weight if they learn to change the way

great, very honest and motaving. The author comes from an obesce family and talks about the supr dangers of being overweight. by being chronically obese they were prone to many illnesses they might have avoided otherwise. diets don,t work. must learn new eating habits. no forbidden foods only inapporiate amounts of food. you don't have to eat breakfast, learn to rely on your stomach to tell you when to eat. people respond to food like laboatory rats;when the food is laced in front of them they eat it whether they are hungry or not. gives actual guidelines and steps to be successful. very positive book.
