It's Simple and it Works

I bought this for a friend in the office and she was transformed from a depressing dullard to a diamond diva! (Worse of all, her phone doesn't stop ringing now!) This book is not Tolstoy or Shakespeare, nor does it pretend to be. It is quite obviously a list of digestible tips that you can take on board or leave depending on whether they suit you. I've seen this book work adn recommend it. If you're looking for psycho-alchemy, keep walking. This is an instruction manual for a new you, not a deep soul mirroring excercise.
