Hollywood At Home

The book arrived in a timely manner in good condition. Beautiful photos and lots of inside information about some of Hollywood's greatest. It's a great book!

SUPERB!

Architectural Digest has done a fantastic job in creating this book. They have taken some of their best features from their superb magazine on Hollywood's stars and their homes and compiled it into this great book. The stories feature stars from the golden age up to the present time. I highly recommend it! It also makes a great gift!

HOLLYWOOD

First of all let me state unequivically, I love Architectual Digest, and this book is a dream for those of us who do. The houses vary, some are opulent, some are modest, most are in between. You get a feel for the real person behind the star fascade and because Architectural Digest has been in circulation for so long, some of old guard Hollywood is on display here as well as the more current stars. It's interesting to see the juxisposition of the era's. Highly recommended to anyone with any interest in this subject.

this book is terrific! I thought i was just nosey when I read it front to back..........and then i realized everyone who comes to my home picks it up and can't put it down too! The pictures are terrific......the articles about the stars are well written and it would make a wonderful gift too. good job architectural digest!

Amazing Collection Of Pictures!

This is a terrific book! It's a large coffee table book with rare photos of Jayne Mansfield, Jean Harlow, Judy Garland, Carole Lombard, and Marilyn Monroe in their homes. You get to see Jayne in her heart shaped bathtub, Jean looking at her autograph collection, and Judy singing in her bedroom. There are also some wonderful articles written by David Stenn, Gerald Clarke, and others. The book has some current actors in it too (John Travolta, Diane Keaton). It would make a wonderful gift for a classic film fan.
