Another fun book from the same author as "A Frog in the Bog"

Another rhyming book that is fun for parents to read to their kids, with really detailed pictures that can promote a lot of side conversations (usually great, except if you are trying to encourage your little one to bed!)

Enjoyable, entertaining read

I just have to tell my 22 mos old daughter to get the Hilda book and she comes running over with this one - it is one of our favorite reads. Terrific!

Great book for reading to children

I got this book for my daughter and while the illustrations are nice, as with other books by this author, I really like the rhythm of the text. It is fun to read and my daughter of 3 years old really likes it too.

Wonderful Book , Beautiful illustrations

This book is great, funny story about a dancing Hippo. Beautifully illustrated. Wait until you see the Hippo's dancing outfits. A pleasure to read for both child and parent.

Between the story of a Hippo that loves to dance and the delightfully colorful illustrations, this is one of the sweetest books I've read in a long time. I read the book today and had to have it; I bought it immediately!!! It would be a wonderful addition to anyone's collection....
