Great relaxing tape

At first, I did not like these tapes at all- Belleruth's voice seemed too monatonous and I had a hard time finishing them. But I stuck with it and listened to them before bedtime, and they really grew on me. I found them to be so relaxing, especially with all the worries that come with pregnancy. Her words are reassuring and the background music is divine. By the end of my pregnancy, just a few minutes of the tape would have me melting into the bed. I'll be using the tapes with the next baby!

I listened to tape one throughout my whole pregnancy. It lulled me to sleep and helped me during rough times. I was very anxious (first time mom) and Belleruth's voice was very soothing. Highly recommended for yourself or as a gift to your friends who are pregnant. It is hard to find items for the mom to be, this is perfect!

We loved it!

The first time I tried it, I felt in the clouds. My husband also loved it. He loved the music, and I think it also helps him connect with what my body is going through. It's like a whole enveloping feeling that I think even our little girl inside me also feels. The guided imagery is spirit-lifting, and makes it wonderful to feel perfect, pregnant, and creating a person inside you. What I love the most is that even my husband loved it, and he was glad I bought it. We are going to listen to it every night, because I think it connects us through this wonderful stage in our lives, and also think helps relax the three of us. I could not buy a better audio meditation guide. I would even give these tapes a 6 star if I could.

These tapes have been perfect! They are soothing and leave me feeling energized and calm. I recommend them to anyone who battles anxiety or who would like to feel generally positive about the journey of pregnancy.
