Renewing Your Faith in Troubled Times

If God seems far away or you are experiencing doubts then Marilyn Meberg's message of hope brings some solace. It seems she has many reasons to be angry at God (she lost her baby and husband) yet has chosen to trust God even more. In this book Marilyn Meberg deals with "faulty thoughts" and presents a biblical perspective to assuage all doubts. I enjoyed her casual writing style and could appreciate her thought process. She has a lot of wisdom gained from experience and seems to know just the right Bible verse to put your mind at ease. I can recommend this to anyone who is questioning their faith or at least believes some of the faulty thoughts presented in this book. If you think God is punishing you or wonder why God is allowing suffering then this book has some good answers. At the least this book offers a new perspective and a comforting place for contemplation. ~The Rebecca Review

Marilyn Meberg does a wonderful job of "unwrapping one's remaining graveclothes" in this book. Full of spiritual insight from her own personal struggles with faith issues, she enables the reader to understand how "faulty thinking" can rob one of the true concept of God and shows the way to embark on a path full of truth and freedom. A "must read" for anyone having difficulty with faith issues!
