Before I got into Calvin and Hobbes when I was little, my introduction to comics was none other than everybody's favorite cat, Garfield. And even in my early twenties, I can say proudly that I still read him. Any time I'm feeling down or need a good laugh, that's when I pull out a Garfield book. "Garfield: Pulls His Weight" is a hilarious collection of some of Garfield's funniest moments.Nothing ever changes, as Garfield is always faced with the same obstacles; dieting, surviving Mondays, putting up with his not-so-bright owner, kicking Odie off the table, and much more. This book's no different from the rest, but it's still funny every time I read it.Jim Davis has it down when it comes to creating hilarious situations for Garfield and his owner. It's almost impossible not to crack a smile when reading some of the strips. Garfield is one of the best comic strips ever. I like all ofhis books. Garfield rules!!!!!!!!

Very funny

Another of Jim Davis's funny Garfield books. It has all kinds of jokes about things like shedding, kicking Odie off of the table, and all of the regular jokes about Nermal and Garfield's birthday. I reaaly recommened this book.
