Handy Size and To The Point

This is an excellent summary of a very complex subject. The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is that is not a user friendly text. It's written for someone who has been legally trained, so you may have to read some passages more than once to understand them.

Easy Read.

The latest publication of Elder Law in a Nutshell was, in my opinion, an easy read and a thorough and comprehensive explanation that should appeal to both the lay person and someone in the legal profession.
