This book is a wonderful resource for up-rootiing old habits of thinking that disrupt and impede our lives; and provides specific and compassionate direction on how to replace them with action-guided roadmaps (i.e. meditations, etc.)which lead to authentic self repair, awareness and renewed purpose.
