knowledgeable author - excellent reference

Cheryl knows "from whence she speaks"! She has done the homework on a healthy lifestyle after living a life as a busy, young, tired, stressed, sick and overweight wife and mother. Her suggestions changing the way we shop, cook and eat make great sense. They are "do-able" and would be easy to adapt a family's habits to. She has written an excellent reference also. Listing of sources, brand names, equipment, etc. are very helpful.

Good ideas that are easy to do

This book makes healthy food choices so easy and natural that I found myself following the guidelines immediately. I feel better than ever, and it FoodSmart's encouraging tone helped me.
