First Impression

This was truly a wonderful romantic and a little bit of suspense book!!!! A great book 2 give your girlfriends as a gift on any occasions

Beautiful fictional love story

Not very realistic but very romantic! It's a beautiful story about a young girl who recently lost her grandmother who raised her as her own daughter because her wicked biological Mother is a striving movie star. She moves into her Grandma's house to set up a small antique store, and that's when she discovers her hunky new neighbor Vance Banning. Vance is a city boy who is rich and is undercover as an unemployeed carpenter. He is trying to get away from his corporate job and old life as he recently lost his wife who cheated on him and used him for his money. She charms him and he falls in love with her even though the wicked Mother wants to steall her inheritance from Shane but he comes to the rescue. Lovely lovely story.....

Nora Roberts is the greatest!

Nora Roberts books are always good reads. No matter the genre, no matter whether she writes as Nora Roberts or as J.D. Robb, she's a terrific writer.

on time and a great read

This book was highly enjoyed by my mom. It was one of her Christmas gifts. I really am happy that I ordered it. This is one of our favorite authors.

It made a great impression!

I love Nora Roberts and this book did not disappoint. Vance was a man running from his responsibilities and looking for a way to get past the issues his first wife left him with.Shane was a woman who was looking for a place to finally fit in and a man who could love her for who she was.Together they fall in love and discover that they need what the other person can bring them. The characters are different but that is part of the attraction. I definitely recommend it!
