Saved my bacon

The casebook and two days of classes left me utterly befogged - but an evening with this book cleared the mental clouds and clued me in. Most useful: the pages of questions - you get to test your understanding and check your answers against the detailed explanations. Lots and lots of questions, so you go over each point time and again. Especially useful for the Rule against Perpetuities.

a must for first year property

This book got me through property my fist year at law school. The answers for the study problems are wonderful in the fact that they explain exactly what you need to know to understand the reasoning behind the legal pricipal.
