Great Book! LOVE IT!!!

This book was not purchased as NEW, but it was in perfect condition as if it were new! It even had the passcode for the supersite website which was not even scratched off yet, so I can still use it for the site, saving me 60 bucks! There were no marks on any of the pages, and I bought it for literally for only one tenth of the price that they were selling at the university bookstore! I am very satisfied with this order! I bought another book that was supposed to be NEW from another seller but it was USED. This seller EXCEEDED expectations! I will definately purchse from them again! Thanks!

Imagina Review

Imagina is an intermediate Spanish textbook, used throughout the State college system of Florida. The text is very good, with the look and feel of a glossy type magazine. Emphasis is on reading, writing and speaking. The text is rather difficult however. If you did not work really hard in the beginning Spanish classes offered at the schools, this text is not for you. You also need a good Spanish/English dictionary as the 'dictionary' / grammar indices in the back of the book are poor (in my opinion) Really meaty text and holds up well during classroom discussions. It would be a good idea to use your Elementary Spanish text as a 'backup' or review for Imagina. It's that challenging.

excellent book

I am an instructor at college and I have been teaching with this book for 3 semesters now and I think it is an excellent book. It is a lot of fun and it covers a lot of interesting topics. It is a bit different from other Spanish textbooks publish in the US, with more pictures and more engaging and fun exercises. My students and I love the short movies that are integrated in this program and the online component (free with a new book). They are both very useful to become familiar with real Spanish and not the distorted version you get sometimes for languages students. I strongly recommend this book for intermediate levels.
