I love this cookbook!

I have made several recipes from this cookbook and all the recipes have been good with maybe the exception of one or two. My favorite recipe so far has been the homemade turkey sausage. This cookbook has a variation of almost every recipe that everyone loves and cuts the fat, carbs, sodium and sugar but uses spices and other food ingredients to make the food taste flavorful. I would suggest anyone who is on a diet, or who just wants to cut certain things out of their diet, give this recipe book a try.

I’m in love

I have all five of the books in this series. I call them my cookbook Bibles. I have cooked tons of recipes from them and have not found one I haven’t liked, except the cookies were not quite as good as I was I was hoping for everything else is amazing and there is no skimping on portion size. I love it.

Good Food

The title of this book is very appropriate. Excellent easy to make healthy recipies that meet dietiary needs. Also excellent illustrations. I would recommend this book to everyone.

Delicious

I have only had this book for a little over a week, I've tried 2 recipes and they were both great. The Quick Bran Muffins are YUMMY, perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or a snack. Can't wait to try more of these recipes.

Lovin' This Cook Book!

Received this about a month ago and have made several recipes so far. The best is the Blueberry Muffin recipe super moist and delicious!! I've been trying to make at least 2 recipes out of the book per week. My daughter loved the orange chicken and my husband the parmesan chicken. Super Easy and everything so far tasted really good.

Love this cookbook

The recipes are easy to follow and still have the great taste you expect. Love the cake batter milkshake, I do use other alternitive to sugar products that are more natural but splenda is okay too. I would like to see more recipes that use more natural sugar products such as brown rice sryup. I gave five stars due to easy to follow, taste, and low calories. I hope to see more from the author, this has made weight lose fun for my family and me.
