My son loves it

Great illustrations. My son is fascinated by it when I sing it to him at bedtime.

A Child's Favorite

This adorable rhyming book was recommended to me by a friend for my older granddaughter who is now almost ten. When the second baby girl came along I got another "Miss Lucy" book. The rhythm is like a jump rope rhythm which a first grade teacher friend told me it was but I have never seen a child that didn't love this funny rhyming book. The other books I have bought have been board books about 5x5 and that is what I thought I was getting when I ordered this one. To my surprise this one had music which I never knew it had and the illustrations are exactly as they are for the smaller book. This one was ordered for a friend's new grandbaby whose name is Lucy. I can't imagine any child not loving this book and rhyme. It is easy for children to memorize and a goodway to introduce them to rhyming words.
