Excellent Read!

I read books constantly and its hard for me to give anything 5 stars after reading things like "Harry Potter", "Twilight", and "Percy Jackson", but thiwas great! No matter how hard I tried to figure out the story I couldn't. I was figuring things out as they were revealed! I must say it was a nice change. This story is about a girl who is forced to go see her Grandmother for 2 weeks. A grandmother whom she has never met, a Grandmother whom has writen off her family. When she gets there she finds herself facing a hatful grandma and cousin? She is having strange dreams there in the old house and even sleep walking. Is it that simple though? In the second story a girl goes back to where her mother drowned to face it all. To conquer her fears, just to find out she should be afraid. Please read this book! You will not be disappointed.

Couldn't Put It Down!

I have a huge migrane at the moment, because I just read this whole book in one sitting! This book was so amazing, I loved it. Dark Secrets is 2 stories in 1. They don't really relate to eachother except for a few minor details, for example both stories take place in the same town, and they both mention a certain tea shop; that's where the similarities end. I would put this book in the YA mystery/suspense/romance catagory. It had all of these and was very well written. I definitely recommend this to teen girls. I was so pulled into both these stories because it kept giving clue after clue, without any breaks so it was impossible for me to find a stopping point. And in the end, the 'suspects' were not who I suspected at all! This book will keep you on your toes, and keep you guessing the whole time. Another great one from Elizabeth Chandler! (:
