Sarah McCarty does Paranormal majestic

I LOVED this book. Sarah McCarty's books are always good. But this was so surprising to me. A paranormal that grabbed me from the very beginning. I was spellbound. I am late reading it. I can tell that the story was meant to continue as if a in a series. The secondary characters could have a great story in a follow up book. But this book main characters Eden and Deuce are a great Love story that keeps going until the very end. She wants to save him and her child. He wants to save them. And he is so very ALPHA. The love making between these two are HOT. And lengthy... Do enjoy this book!!

I loved this book!!!

This book has wonderfully compelling main characters and secondary characters that you root for. This is no shallow romanace, the trials and emotions of the main characters feel real from page one and I could not put this book down till I finished it!!! The author's idea of vampires/Chosen is unique and refreshing - not just the same old vampire lore recycled in other books. Being Ellora's Cave it does have steamy/hot sex too. This book has EVERYTHING! A must read for anyone wanted deeper, real emotions in a romance novel! I can not wait for the next one in the series!!!

A Fantastic Paranormal

Sarah McCarty is an auto-buy author for me, and Conception is the perfect example of why. Within the pages of this book she brings gripping suspense and action, heartwarming and heartwrenching tenderness, and through all this delivers one of the best paranormals I have ever read. Dusan is stoic and formal, yet he loves Eden with everything he has. She is his mate (which he makes sure she knows by telling her every chance he gets *G*) and he will do anything to protect her. Eden is funny, witty, and I absolutely loved her. She uses sarcasm as a defense mechanism, and it works well for her. She will make you laugh, she will make you cry, and she is one of the strongest heroines I've ever encountered. She's REAL, and she needs to learn to trust her heart and her mate which, understandably, does not come easy for her. This was the first book in The Others series and it was fabulous! I've enjoyed the world Ms. McCarty shows us within the pages of Conception. The level of characterization within the pages of this book was unlike any I've ever seen in a paranormal, and I am definitely looking forward to reading more about The Others.

A wonderful paranormal romance!

Sarah McCarty has come up with a wonderful refreshing paranormal romance.The Others are different from anything I've read before,so many paranormals seem to run the same way. Eden is my favorite kind of heroine, smart and very sassy! Deuce who I LOVED is strong, stubborn and totally COMPLETELY Alpha. As in all of Ms. McCarty books,she pulls on all of your emotions. I cried,laughed,shuddered with fear and sighed in happiness with the characters.While I'm not a huge fan of paranormal romance, I can't wait for more of this series,Bohdan,Dak,Harley and the rest of the Others. I'm eagerly waiting for more from Sarah McCarty who is one of my favorite authors!
