Helpful

This was a really useful supplement. It summarized all the cases and highlighted the black letter law. I used it to refresh my memory before class and once more before the exam. I did fairly well, so I think it was a helpful study aid. I do like this brand and buy Casenotes legal briefs for many of my classes.

Deciphering the law school subject that is "Con Law"

I found this book very helpful in making sure I was on the right track with briefing the cases. Constitutional law and Supreme Court cases are not always easy to analyze, analogize, and distinguish. This book helped a lot!

Excellent Aid and a little bonus included

Most people buying this book probably won't be buying their first Casenote Legal Briefs book so they'll know that most of Casenotes legal aids are great. This one continues the reputation. It is very current and includes all of the cases included in the affiliated casebook. One of the coolest bonuses, is that if you cut out the UPC on the back and mail it in to the state address on one of the first few pages you'll will be granted free online access to this book as well. That means instead of carrying the book to class you can pull up the brief right online..... This is super helpful especially for taking notes. I highly recommend the book.

Con. Law briefs book

This book briefs Chemeranski better than most people could do after reading the cases several times. The briefs are through and well worded for easy understanding. I no longer have to read my con. law text b/c this book is so helpful. This book has saved me 10-15 hours a week!!! Well worth it!
