Wish it was better

I love the recipes that’s in the book but too bad when I open the book up it fell apart from the scenes

This is the best canning book I've ever bought!

I bought this book for the first time in the 80's, and still make a dozen of the recipes every year and I never change them. A classic and I love it!!

Clear, sensible recipes

I've made the Apricot Honey syrup for many years and have frozen it. This year I plan to try canning it as my deep freezer has been sent off to appliance heaven and I don't plan on replacing it. The Apricot Honey is divine. Worth every penny spent to make it and it is very simple to make. All the other recipes look good too, and are clearly written, and some of the recipes maybe dated. All seem to be safe to make as they were written by Deeming who has a doctorate in biochemistry and nutrition.

Creative Canning

This is an old book but has many wonderful recipes that are reliable and safe. Well worth the price for the creative recipes.
