Complete Guide to California Real Estate

This book is designed to be useful in several different situations. It's primary goal is to be used as a text and examination preparation guide for people wanting to become real estate agents and who are required to take a class before they take the examination. The book provides a strong basic understanding of the principles of California real estate. The end of the book has a 150 question examination that is similar in format and content to the state test. Alternatively this book will also be useful to individuals who wish to become informed consumers and/or investors and desire to know more about the law and the processes that are applicable to California real estate. This is the eighth edition of this book, as such it reflects recent changes in the law, as well as having corrected errors and points of confusion found in previous editions. This book is the standard text for college level real estate course RE101. An excellent book with many walkthru examples to help understand difficult situations. GREAT BOOK!
