Boy Soup - Good Choice for 2nd Graders

My 8-year old son was fully engaged in the story. We have read this book together a few times. Thumbs up...

A great read-aloud.

When my grandchildren (ages 7 and 4) come to visit this is the first book they ask for. We all have it memorized by this time but we never fail to get a new laugh each time. Identifying the revolting ingredients of the soup gives us a nice long pause in the middle.
