Great book in the SVH mini-series

Like I said in earlier reviews for books in this mini-series, I really liked these books! Depressing and sad, yes, but you won't be able to put these books down. These are a big departure from the usual Sweet Valley High books and characters, case in point: Margo. You've never seen anybody like her in Sweet Valley! At first I could not see how anybody could get her mixed up with the Wakefield twins, but you will! The only thing I really didn't like was the whole Winston and the neighbor's baby storyline. But still a good book. And I agree: you have to read all the books in the series.

This is a good mini-series book

This is the last but one book in a Sweet Valley High miniseries, at it makes a nice build up to the final (and much more exciting) conclusion. The Prom Thriller mini-series follows the story of Margo Black, who wants to murder Elizabeth Wakefield. It was good, and I liked the scenes at Olivia's costume party but it isn't very good on its own. You should read the mini-series.

Disturbing....

SVH definitely took a new turn when Francine introduced Margo Black as a character. It made this 'series' a lot darker. I found Margo incredibly disturbing with the way, she would dispose of the children/people with such ease. I also found the 'voices' that she heard to be pretty creepy as well. I assume that she was supposed to be a schizophrenic. I think Francine did well with this new character but, at the same time, I don't think she should have turned SVH into something serious. I've always found the series lighthearted and amusing, sometimes thrilling. Yet, this 'series' of Margo stories were creepy and disturbing. I mean, this character was pretty violent, yet at the same time she looked like Liz and Jess. I found that, that just made it kinda dumb. I think that she should have wanted to take over their lives without looking like them. It would have made it a lot creepier..

Suspenseful

It was unpredictable, which I liked. I think Margo was a fascinating character. She looked exactly like the Wakefield twins, and she got away with her evil plans every time. Of course, it was totally unrealistic too, but then that's Sweet Valley High for you.

Exciting!!!

I love the book. I feel sorry for Elizabeth because Jessica didn't tell her about how she spiked Elizabeth cup.(and Sam's)If you hven't read this book and you like Sweet Valley get it!
