this is what a serious Christian should have

If you look at the book as O.T. lecture notes, it's not really extraordinary e.g. King Soloman is the author and it's probably written at the end years of the King. If you look for some verse-by-verse commentaries, sorry this is not the book you're looking for. However, if you want application of Ecclesiastes in our times and in your very own life, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BOOK FOR YOU. Wiersbe discusses why wealth, work, wisdom and enjoyment can't bring us satisfication and draws to the conclusion that only God can satisfy us since God has already put the concept of eternity in our heart and nothing or nobody else can bring us eternity except GOD.
