FANTASTIC READING!

Reviewer: Terri from No. San Diego County, CA (USA) WOW! I couldn't DISAGREE more with the previous reader (Tina, Quebec). TOO MUCH DETAIL? I LOVE DETAIL! Makes me feel I know each character personally, on a first name basis! I have read ALL of Mofina's work, and waited patiently for this one to come out. This book is right up with the best of them! I found it entertaining (worth staying up late at night!) and powerfully written. As with his others, I couldn't put it down! EXCELLENT BOOK... hm.... how soon can I expect the next one?

A winner of a book!

I always know what I'm going to get with a Rick Mofina book -- a tight, fast-paced story which will surprise me a couple of times along the way. Mofina delivers again with Be Mine, the latest Reed-Sydowski book. This time supporting character Molly gets a bigger role to play, and it's not one she wants. Someone seems to be killing people who love her. Will Tom Reed or Walt Sydowski get to the bottom of it first? I find the pitting of a seasoned crime reporter and an even-more-well-seasoned homicide detective a delightful combination. Throw in some newsroom politics, some past-and-present sex scandals, a bit of racing against the clock, and it's a book I couldn't put down. Mofina is a writer who always delivers a story that keeps me involved and reading as fast as I can.

SENSATIONAL!

I have just finished reading BE MINE by Rick Mofina and I am still reeling from the experience!! I was enthralled, excited and fearful (for Molly) all at the same time. I loved every minute of it and you will too whether you are American, Canadian...whatever...it speaks to us all! I was a fan before and after reading BE MINE, I will remain a fan for life! I'm telling everyone....you have got to read this book!

Must Read

The most recent addition to the series of thrillers written byRick Mofina is the best yet!!!!! From the very first page until you finally make it to the last, you will find it very difficult to put down and walk away from it. Unfortunately, I found that the book was so intense and so all consuming that one has to take the odd break to be able to catch your breath and take a breather from the high level intensity of the read. I truly enjoyed this book and is a wonderful addition to the series. I'm sorry to hear that there will be a switch in main characters but truly look forward to a series of new characters to meet and learn about. Without a doubt, if you love a good mystery, with lots and lots of twists and turns and accurate, factual details - then this is a book you MUST read. What a wonderful, wonderful piece of reading.

Master storyteller

I don't agree with the opinion of the first reviewer. I always enjoy reading Mr. Mofina's stories. I bought this book and finished it the same day. This book is entertaining and suspenseful. I like following Tom Reed and Walt Sydowski on their adventures. If you want to spend a few hours being entertained by a good story then buy this book.
