I have an unlimited Ammonia Refrigeration License, operate a huge Ammonia System, and teach Industrial Refrigeration. Guy R. King's "Basic Refrigeration" is the absolute best text and reference for understanding refrigeration of all types ever written. If you only study one book on refrigeration this should be the one. NH3 forever!!!
