Great Book!

My 3 y/o son loves big trucks and this has been the best book (and we've read a lot) that teach the different construction machines. Great book!

very realistic illustrations and intelligent writing

we are a family with 2 truck loving boys- our house is full of heavy machinery type books- this one is probably the boys' and our favourite because the illustrations are very nice and very realistic- but any book can have a great picture of a truck right?- what distinguishes this book from all the rest is that the descriptions of the machinery is really interesting and intelligent- there are no silly little sentence like: "a bulldozer is big!"- rather, the paragraph for each picture really holds everyone's attention- i'm just sorry he hasn't written any other truck-type books!
