The book is required for my certification in secondary ed and a great source of information for perspective teacher going into the social studies content area.

Practical buy for teachers!

America's History Through Young Voices will be a great resource for your classroom! Even though social studies/history has been looked over in recent years, this book provides quick and thoughtful ways for students to discover history! There are loads of great ideas and examples in this book, plus they won't take a lot of time! I recommend this book to any teacher/student teacher who wants to include social studies in their curriculum without a lot of time!
