what if perfect blue was about the manager actually?

have you seen perfect blue? stop. go watch it. i'll wait. (did you like it?) this book sickened me, it was amazing, i hated miranda but i felt for her, sympathetic while also awful. i judged this book by its cover and let it sit on my shelf unread for months before i plucked up the courage and read what i thought (wrongly) was a romance book. i have never been so happy to be wrong this book grabbed me by the throat and dragged me under.
