Lots of pretty afghans

I had a ton of yarn so I bought this book. It is an older book but afghans are pretty much the same if you don't care for modern. It is a perfect book for a homey comfy house.

I have had the book for a while and love it. Easy patterns, and instructions. Blankets you will want to cozy up with.

Great addition to my pattern stash. The patterns are lovely, and easy to read. The photos are beautiful and inspiring. I've alreay done several projects in the book. I think that I love the entire series of books that Leisure Arts has out.

Wonderful!

I've been crocheting for years, and have gone through a lot of afghan starts and stops. This book has so many wonderful patterns in it that I've managed to finish two of them in a two month period. My only complaint (which isn't really a complaint) is that it only has two baby blanket patterns, yet has six Christmas patterns. Wonderful easy to follow directions, with beautiful pictures.

Something to please everyone

I was taken with this book from the moment I looked through it. It has a diverse selection of patterns, and some very unusual ones (one of my favorites is a children's blanket crocheted and then embroidered with ponies which have tassles for tails--clever and appealing!) Several of the patterns are decades old and have been successfully updated for this book. This is my favorite collection.
