Full of great recipes and tips for cast iron.

This book is even better than described. It is full of great recipes for cooking in cast iron of all descriptions. From baked goods,to camp fire cooking.

Great book!

I have enjoyed this book a lot. With the concern about coated cookware I haver returned to cast iron. This was a great book to get me into it. Good recipe ideas. Have given the book (and pans)to friends and family for gifts.

Old fashioned cooking come to life!

A wonderful book on how to cook with any type cast iron cookwear! It has tons of old fashioned recipes with bits of history as well. It is compiled from Tennessee's Historic Preservation Society.
