White? Think you're totally free of bias & prejudice?

Every W.A.S.P (I resemble that remark) should read this book. Excellent, well written and somehow the author brings humor to a topic that in all seriousness is not funny.

Jack and Jill

1. An excellent read. 2. Classic. 3. A JackandJill-US.com must-have. 4. Inside the black upper class.

Love this site..

I ordered this book, and it came faster than I expected it too. All and all the service was exceptional. You should purchase it here.

Very Well Done!

A great collection of essays that demonstrate the trials and tribulations of the middle, upper-middle, and upper-class blacks. Whether or not you agree totally with his assessments and perspectives, you have to admit he has the exposure level needed to make accurate assessments of this subject matter. I also respect his honest, heart-on-sleeve style. Most people are not brave enough to bare their imperfections to the world for scrutiny, and, often times, courage breeds envy.

Insightful, entertaining, and well-written

Lawrence Otis Graham touches on many issues that African-Americans who were raised in similar backgrounds can identify with. Although I did not agree with everything he said, I did find his work an enjoyable and easy read. I highly recommend it.
