Excellent book to read, Diana Cooper does a wonderful job at revealing the spiritual laws we are governed by and how to live your life according to the laws. A must read for everyone trying to grow spiritually.

Enlightening & Awakening-Knowledge for our Present and Future

Diana Cooper's book is an inspiring and intriguing introduction to the world of Atlantis, its people, and their practices. Every chapter explores a different subject in depth, yet there is no feeling of monotony or repetition in Cooper's book. For explanations that require visual examples, sketches are provided. At the end of each chapter,the author offers multiple excercises that readers can do; the subjects of these exercises range from utilizing Mahatma energy to clearing chakras to performing introductory healing to working with color and sound. Cooper delivers information from ancient Atlantis and its people in a very clear, embracing manner. Neither demeaning nor too elementary, she has a masterful way of synthesizing concepts of energy and higher awareness with the vocabulary and lexicon of our present time and place. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in Atlantis, or those who may feel curiosity or comraderie with this civilization. Those interested in energy healing, and all related modalities, will also benefit from this book. Discover Atlantis is a beautiful, educational, and enjoyable read.

Uplifting and well-balanced spirituality

This book is full of upbeat, all-embracing, practical and well-balanced spiritual inspiration! Never having heard of Diana Cooper before, "A Little Light on the Spiritual Laws" came as a very pleasant surprise when I first came across it a few years ago. I have re-read it several times since. The book is divided in to 4 sections entitled "The Basic Laws Of Life", "The Laws Of Creation", "The Laws Of Higher Awareness" and "The Laws Of Higher Frequency". There is clear, practical advice on just about anything you can think of. The affirmations and aphorisms at the end of each chapter are spot on e.g. "The Universe arranges itself to bring you what you believe", "Our aim is to balance all aspects of our lives", "Count your blessings and watch them multiply". Even though I had come across many of the ideas and suggestions before, they are presented in a fresh and dynamic context here. Some of the suggested links between life events and illnesses and their corresponding spiritual messages, as in the style of Louise Hay, seem a bit too far-fetched. Similarly, Diana's style of belief in angels doesn't quite ring true for me. Almost, but not quite. Maybe I have something to learn? Overall, an excellent and uplifting book with a beautiful cover too.
